We need to bring this thread over to here. It’s one of my favorite pastimes. I owe most of my friends to it.  ;)

So, with that said, I tried my hand at making a semifreddo today. I made the zabaglione  (One of the components) with a raspberry purée. It...came...out...delicious. It probably needed to sit a little longer, but I was pleased with the result.

Anyway, feel free to share with the rest of us your creations.
